All DUABOR products are digital. Here is exactly how you receive yours.
Instant delivery
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you get your product in two ways:
- On screen: a download button appears on the order confirmation page right after payment.
- By email: we send your receipt with the download link to the email address you entered at checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
You do not need to create an account to buy or download.
File format
Products are delivered as PDF files unless the product page says otherwise. PDFs open on any smartphone, tablet or computer, usually in your phone’s built-in file viewer or browser. No special app is needed.
Keeping your file
Your download link does not expire, and you can download your file more than once. We still recommend saving the file to your phone or computer after your first download.
If you paid but did not receive your product
Email support@duabor.com with your order number (or the email you used at checkout, if you do not have the number). We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, and resend your file. If we cannot deliver within 48 hours of your message, you get a full refund under our Refund Policy.
Payment still pending
Occasionally a bank transfer or card payment takes a few minutes to confirm. Your download unlocks automatically once the payment is confirmed. If you were debited and nothing has unlocked after 30 minutes, contact payment@duabor.com with proof of payment.
